Your custom shoes are one-of-a-kind, literally! Choose from a multitude of shoe styles from dress to casual. Even upload your own artwork and have it digitally printed on your shoe! Choose from raw materials to produce your shoes such as Box Calf Leather, Painted Calf Leather, Calf Suede, Kid Suede, Patent Leather, Nubuck Leather, Exotic Skins such as Ostrich and Alligator as well as Sartorial Materials.
Custom Shoe Process
I. Choose Shoe Style & Design
With our 3-D Visualizer you will choose your shoe style and literally choose each part of the shoe. You can have fun with it and design something unique that will make
a statement.
II. Hand Cut Uppers & Soles From Pattern Pieces
Once approved, the shoe will begin its journey through Production. First, with the foundation being cut from the Shoe Pattern in your
requested size.
III. Punch, Stitch & Assemble Uppers
Once the fabric is cut for the upper and soles, they will begin assembling your custom shoe. This is labor intensive and a critical part of the shoe’s process through production.
IV. Stitch Uppers & Soles Together
Now your custom shoe is starting to take shape as everything is being fully stitched together. The shoes will go through a Quality Control Check to ensure there are no inconsistencies.
V. Last, Cure, Burnish & Lace
Now the finishing touches are being put on your custom shoe. Whether it’s a patina finish or extra burnishing, your custom shoes will arrive pristine and ready to wear!
VI. Wear with Confidence
Your shoes will take around four to five weeks to produce. They will be shipped directly to you or available for pick up in our Bergen County,
NJ Showroom.
